Our Story & Commitments
Contribute to the sustainable economic empowerment of youth and women, and the strengthening of participatory local governance, through training, entrepreneurial support, inclusive leadership promotion, and community peacebuilding.
Active across 15 municipalities in 9 departments of Benin, our concrete grassroots work is anchored on two major priorities: civic peace & participatory governance, and economic empowerment for youth and women.

The logo reveals a trio of characters in Green - Yellow - Red colors, whose raised arms symbolize victory, excellence, and progress. These three figures, representing Youth, Women, and Governance, converge to form the letter 'Y', the initial of Youth. This 'Y' embodies the solid hearth, recalling the African ancestral symbolism of the three-stone hearth: a sanctuary of strength where tomorrow's leaders are forged.

To be by 2033 a leading pan-African organization serving the economic empowerment of youth and women, and peaceful, prosperous, and well-governed African communities.
Selfless dedication and service to the common good.
Resolute and long-term involvement with local communities.
Love of nation and active dedication to building a strong, united Africa.
