As part of its Vision 2033 strategic framework, Youth For Challenge is scaling digital civic tools to bridge the gap between citizens and local elected officials.
2. Missions & Tâches Principales
- 1Plan, execute, and monitor the budget of civic tech project activities
- 2Coordinate field volunteer teams and facilitate local civic watch committees
- 3Draft narrative progress reports for international donors and ministerial partners
- 4Contribute to project proposal writing for multilateral grant opportunities
3. Profil Recherché & Compétences
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Project Management, Political Science, IT, or Communications
- Minimum 2 years of project management experience within a recognized NGO
- Demonstrated skills in workshop facilitation and civic community moderation
- Proactivity, administrative rigor, and deep alignment with YFC core values
