2. Missions & Tâches Principales

• 1Develop and implement the monthly editorial calendar across official channels (Facebook, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, WhatsApp)
• 2Craft engaging copy, event recaps, and civic calls to action tailored to youth
• 3Moderate comments and community dialogues upholding respectful civic standards
• 4Track and report key performance indicators (reach, engagement rate, follower growth)

3. Profil Recherché & Compétences

• Degree in Communications, Journalism, Digital Marketing, or related field
• Flawless French copywriting and editing skills; good working comprehension of English
• Thorough understanding of social platform algorithms, content formats, and community trends
• High interpersonal empathy, agility, proactive mindset, and keen interest in civic governance in Benin
