Job Opening: 2 Graphic Designers & Visual Content Creators

As part of accelerating our grassroots civic campaigns (Allô Citoyen, Tovilab Studio, Green Saturday) across Benin, Youth For Challenge is expanding its creative unit with two dedicated graphic designers.

2. Missions & Tâches Principales

• 1Design graphics, posters, banners, and infographics for digital channels (Facebook, LinkedIn, X, WhatsApp)
• 2Produce print and digital communication materials (annual reports, citizen guides, banners, toolkits)
• 3Ensure strict adherence to Youth For Challenge brand guidelines across all published media
• 4Collaborate closely with communication officers, video editors, and the executive leadership

3. Profil Recherché & Compétences

• Proven proficiency in professional design software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or Figma / Canva Pro)
• Solid portfolio showcasing creativity, attention to detail, and typographic excellence
• Demonstrated ability to turn complex civic and social data into intuitive infographics
• Strong passion for youth leadership, grassroots democracy, and civic action in Benin
