1. Contexte & Justification de l'Appel
Video storytelling is central to our youth mobilization and public accountability campaigns. YFC regularly captures field footage, citizen testimonies, and community dialogues requiring dynamic, high-quality video editing.
2. Missions & Tâches Principales
- 1Review footage, edit narrative sequences, and color grade video captured during field activities
- 2Design dynamic motion graphics, lower thirds, and animated on-screen data callouts
- 3Produce optimized vertical short videos for social channels (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)
- 4Handle audio mixing and editing for Tovilab Studio podcast episodes and civic dialogues
3. Profil Recherché & Compétences
- Demonstrated expertise with professional video editing tools (Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, or CapCut Pro)
- Strong sense of narrative pacing, sound design, and animated subtitling
- Creativity, agility, and ability to deliver high-quality cuts under tight deadlines
- Showreel or portfolio demonstrating impactful video editing projects
4. Livrables & Calendrier d'Exécution
- Recap videos of civic caravans and community advocacy tours
- Weekly series of thematic Reels / Shorts for social engagement
- Finished episodes for Tovilab Studio podcast and impact mini-documentaries
