In a post-pandemic recovery era characterized by digital transition and economic pressures, YFC united digital skills, civic advocacy with prefectural authorities, and female entrepreneurship coaching to unlock sustainable youth opportunities.

Women Leadership & Value Creation Project (LFCV) with WOMENVAI
Launched with international NGO WOMENVAI (Paris), the LFCV project marked a turning point in empowering women entrepreneurs across Benin. Twenty selected women completed an intensive five-month curriculum featuring webinars, personal mentorship, and financial management masterclasses.
Digital Skills & Future Trades in Lokossa and Abomey-Calavi
Addressing youth employment needs, YFC partnered with Mayton Promo and Wassi Wassi Prod to provide hands-on training in Photoshop design, photography, and Premiere Pro video editing, complemented by entrepreneurship summits for 300+ students in Lokossa and Abomey-Calavi.
Official Audience at the Mono Prefecture & Civic Advocacy
On October 28, 2021, YFC leadership led by CEO Djètovi Lauréano Bede held an official consultation with the Prefect of the Mono Department, Mr. Dèdègnon Bienvenu MILOHIN, presenting verified activity reports and cementing cooperation on youth civic inclusion and local peacebuilding.
- LFCV Project with WOMENVAI: 5 months of training and mentorship for 20 women entrepreneurs across Benin in team management and strategic growth.
- Practical Multimedia Training: Intensive session from August 16 to September 3, 2021 with Mayton Promo and Wassi Wassi Prod in graphic design, photography, and video editing.
- Entrepreneurship Conferences: 300+ youth engaged at CAEB Lokossa and Espace Mayton in Abomey-Calavi on business creation and youth entrepreneurship.
