COVID-19 Health Response & Grassroots Awareness
At the onset of the pandemic, YFC acted decisively: broadcasting educational radio messages, distributing infographics, and dispatching volunteers across Lokossa markets to enforce barrier gestures and counter misinformation, reaching 51,400+ people.
Agro-Processing & Digital Emergency Skills
To bolster graduate resilience, YFC and ADEIA trained 24 agronomy students in biochemical transformation of tomato and soybean to curb post-harvest losses, alongside Photoshop masterclasses held at CAEB Lokossa with SMA Digital.
WOMENVAI International Alliance & Orphanage Solidarity
In September 2020, YFC signed a historic memorandum of understanding with WOMENVAI (Paris), catalyzing joint initiatives for women and girls in STEM. Concurrently, YFC delivered food and study materials to Lokossa orphanages and funded school sponsorships for orphans in Parakou.
